Ok this maybe my last post for the last 24hrs before i am flying off to cambodia for my "great" mission. :P.

Anyway, the past few days those who notice was that i appear online lesser and lesser and also i don't talk much. I guess mainly because i was busy doing stuff for my cambodia trip. Well the preparation work i alot including packing my own bags. You have to see if you need anything or you have left out anything. The clothes is also huge as i am going for 18 days which is around 3 weeks. I am only bringing like 1 week worth of clothing and getting 1 week worth there. Anyway i have been going back school. Just this monday, me and a group of temates went down to beach road to get mesh tins to eat our food. Oh and also the great view chalet that we wanted may not be able to let us get what we want. This is partially because the people on the cambodia sides are not very comfortable with us booking 10 rooms at one go out of their 20 rooms. They feel that we may run away after booking.

Well anyway there isn't much to say only that i finally seen the true and evil side of some people. I don't mean people in my team but actually another team that is also going to cambodia going to Ang ka wat i think. Anyway yesterday, we had to pack the 5 computers so we can bring down to Cambodia first as the shipment of the other computer will be late. Anyway as we were quite busy, we asked the other team to help us check the computers while we did other stuffs. And their reply was "No no, those 5 are not ours so we won't do it." And all of us when we heard it when Nicholas who was there at that time went "WTF!!". Well the reason being, 2 or 1 week ago, we had to check computers to see if it was working in order and there were 120 computer 100 for us and 20 for the other team. We just had to check 100 computers while the other team checked 20. Anyway, we were checking and checking and the team XL did only about 5 or 6 Computers and they went off for lunch. The rest of us were still there slogging our guts out carrying the Computers. So we thought, they went for lunch first and then we do first and when they came back we will go for ours. How do we know, we did until 3, 4pm and they weren't back. And guess what we did more then 120 Computers and done their part for them already. And wheere were they? BACK HOME..!!! They expected us to help them finish their computers and just leave the whole job to us. I hate such people with such attitudes. You expect other ppl to do your work for you. Worst still you assume so. I guess thinking back the only statisfaction i go from it was that.... they were so dumb in doing their computers that they had forgotten about keyboards and when they realize it, we had already taken all the keyboards so they had to find for more.

Anyway thats the end.

Ok gonna squeeze this blog post in within the time limit of 2 mins.

Ok what i wanna say is that i vow from today onwards, i will spend less time on the computer and more time on other stuff. I feel that my life is revolving around the computer and it arean't good for me.

Well please remind me if i am always on9 but then recently i have to rush my cambodia trip stuff so maybe will be using the com more.

Pula Ubin the whole story

Ok ignore my bottom post on Pula Ubin today i will tell all :D.

Well we went to changi jetty and took a boat there. I wasn't sure if i was seasick, but i felt best to keep my mouth shut incase i really gt seasick.

Anyway when we got there, we hired a van to take all 18 of us to the lodging that we were going to stay in. The condition was ok i guess. Some of them felt that it was worst then what they anticipated. Well the house condition was alright i guess very spacious but then there were alot of cobsweb and spiders. So we had a little walk around Pula Ubin and then trail. I can say it was a fun experince but regretted not bringing my camera. The view was ultraly nice man. Anyway after that little trek we got back to our lodging and begin to cook our lunch. It was 3 different types of noodles and well we bought 20 packs of noodles for 18 people and i guess it was too much as there were left overs.

So we played some cards game ontop and i guess right the best ice breaking game would be card games. In a card game you will see the good and bad of everyone's characther i guess. Anyway nothing much happen except that we slept very late at night and there were many fun games.

Guess this concludes my Pula Ubin trip. I guess a difference of two days and i may have left so interesting info out.

Oh yeah as for my Dunearn Secondary School trip yesterday, i forgot to add that we climb out of the school gate and everyone kind of looking at us outside of the school. Well that was because there was an overnight camp there and i guess they thought we were sleeping there hence they lock the gate up.

Not a pula ubin follow up....

Ok...for the Pula Ubin post i will have to push it back because i got to blog about todays event at Dunearn Secondary School.

So lets start from the begining. Well i left home early today as i didn't wanna be late. Those that knows me know that i am quite late at times. Anyway my early was 2 hours before the appointed time. And when i reach, it was only 1.40pm and our meeting time was 2pm. So i sat down and played my PSP. Anyway not long one of my friend reach. And then more came, and then all came and we set off for Dunearn Secondary School. Well Dunearn Secondary School was completely different from my secondary school. I guess when you are in another secondary school the feelings is different unlike my parents era where all the secondary school was build the same ways with the same structure.

So lets just fast forward to the Ice Breaking games. Well all i can say is that Ice Breaking was different from what i expected. Why do i say that? Well firstly those people that i was trying to ice break right, they were all secondary 1 except for a secondary 4. And well it was different from how we did in Poly. The ice breaking games that we played was the same ones that were used in our ice breaking of the team going to cambodia. They were extremely shy and i guess the satisfaction i go was at the end of the day which i will explain. So i kind of forced them to talk to each other by making topics.

Well after all the ice breaking games, we brought them back to the computer labs to do our pre trip IT training that was needed for this Youth Expedition Trip aka YEP. Anyway it went well and at first i thought maybe it will not fall thru as i was afraid that this students were all too good for this stuffs. And this group of students were from Infocom Club. Anyway i explain to them the requirements and they were off. As we were trying to emulate cambodia scenario we assign one trainer to 2 students, but actually 2 students will be sharing a computer. But for this case since they had enough computers each had one computer. So hence i started the teaching experince. It was unusual for me, but it turn out quite well. But then well ummm, i can say is that some of the students that i was coaching right they are quite sturbon in what i say for eg.I told this one student to cut and then paste whatever stuff they wanted but instead that student insisted on copying the word and the after pasting on where that student wanted, then procceded to delete off the information on it and also there was this student who i dunno, maybe was ignoring me but when i asked him an question he just quietly didn't answer me and i when i walked away, at the corner of my eyes i saw he looking at me. Well thats also an learning experince after all.

After that we had dinner. We had KFC while the students had chicken rice. And i can say that its been a long time since i ate KFC. Anyway after eating finish we went back to the computer lab to finish up on the work. Some of them who had finish was playing games and i join in too as my group had finish. But i was scolded by my "boss" :'( and then stopped and made sure everyone had finish and put their work in an hardisk. Well i can say that i prefer being friend friends with students then rather teaching strictly. So i guess i can't be a teacher as i will probaly end up playing with the students rather then teaching them.

Ok here we come to the finale, a game behind the cross the river game. I won't emphasis on it but it was quite fun. And this is where i will explain why i said that the statisfaction i got was from the end of the day. This was because in this game, i saw the team that i was leading working as a team and also interacting and cheering each other on. You know you get that very very warm feeling when you make two complete strangers friends and seeing them cheering them on? Well that made me feel good. Hmmm, maybe my carreer can be a Ice Breaker teacher.LOL but then i hate ice breakers so yeah... Anyway the Pula Ubin trip blog post will be up tomorrow. And tomorrow i will be getting a new phone but i am very unsure if i wanna get it anot.

Well thats all for today. I am off to bath and relax and playing my "Ragnarok Battle offline" :D


Ohhh before i forget, guess what i saw in Dunearn Secondary School's staff toliet?? I so far have told two person Lilian and Josey Lim. But well not to keep you all in suspence but...i saw a table, with a table cloth anddddddddddd a flower pot with flower. In a toliet, according to one of my teamate it was not unusual for him. Well he says thats what you see in high class hotels. I guess i am not high class enough to see such stuffs

Pula Ubin Part 1

Ok i am quite tired now but since i am installing a game and its taking forever i decided to blog abit about I going to Pula Ubin.

Where do i start~~hmmm ok well when we were at changi jetty, there were a few people who hadn't came so we were waiting for them. But then as the boat uncle couldn't wait, 12 of us board the boat first while the remainding will wait for the others and board a second boat.

Tiring and aching day...

Hmmm ok lets start with....

Today i went to school to help out in the PC refurbishment. So i was late by a few minutes and when i got there they were all already in action. I was incharge of taking the CPU down for them to be tested. Well the CPU's were arrange in rows in this room and there were 4 shelfs on a rack which contains 2 PC each. It includes a CPU and a monitor. I was very very afraid to get the CPU on the 3 shelf as it was too high and the PC's were too heavy. But i tried taking some but in the end i just took the 2nd and 1st shelf PC as it was easier for me. The seniors there took down the CPU from the 3rd and 4th shelves. And when we finish testing them, we had to put them up. More then on of my team member did some stunt which involves standing inbetween two shelfs to take the CPU and Monitor down from the top most shelfs which was inaccesable to us.

Anyway, i had fun testing the CPU but not having fun with carrying them back and out. I didn't even had my lunch because in the heat of doing things, i completely forgot about even eating lunch. Well we had to check keyboards and mouse. All i can say to those people in cambodia who are using our computer is.... "Good Luck" You have the CPU,you have the Monitor, you have the keyboard but guess what!!! 13 of you won't have a mouse to go with them...Ok maybe i am making it sound serious but i think we will find a way to cover up the missing 13 mouse...Just not sure how.

Anyway after packing all the stuff and testing all the stuff, it was already 4pm plus and i had a meet the parent session at 7.30pm. So i quickly rush home, bath and then rush back out. Well the meet the parent session was funny and ok i guess only problem was that i was aching all over from carrying all the CPU and PC's. Tomorrow i am going to the SIM building to renew my passport so i can go out of the country. I wish that they could extend it there and then and give me 6 mths...or even a year extension coz i am a male and at the age of 18 if they give me like 10 years extension, i may run away from the country. Well you girls out there, now you know how fortunate you are not to worry about passport and about renewing them every 6mths to 1 year... Talk about equality...maybe touch on the subject later on in my blog next time.

Ok now for the last part of my blog, after the meet the parent session, i was taking a bus home. As the bus was crowded, i just sit down in an empty sit i could find. And just nice i sit next to an ah pek, at first i thought nothing wrong just that he was sitting weirdly thats all. THen all of sudden he was mumbling something. Then i thought maybe on phone and ignore him. So i just continue playing my game. Then all of sudden he laugh and then mumble and then laugh again. I was so freaked out that when i saw a chance and reason to leave that sit and change place, i quickly size the chance.

Anyway got home safely and now still aching. Ok thats all for now and today i guess

Ok the queen of blogging has requested i update my blog or it rots....as i didn't blog for the last two days...~~~To inform the readers out there......I wont be blogging on a regular basis so do check back every 2 or 3 days....i assure u that there wld be a new blog post....Currently i am preparing for my cambodia trip.

I finally found the reason why i always headache....becoz of my pillow and because i stare at a computer screen too long.....thats why the constatn headache.....well what can i do man....i am technically a computer person....i waste every hour of my life sitting infront of a computer doing stuff. For example, since today when i woke up, i switch on my laptop and already in msn chatting with people. Then i load Hero the TV seriea and but it couldn't load so i switch to Yu Gi Oh GX.

Oh talking about Yu Gi Oh GX right i bought a PSP game for it....Hmmm quite fun quite nice....Love the gameplay...Long time since i last played Yu Gi Oh...Now trying to influence Josey Lim to play also :D So we can go Amk there the funzcentre and play.Or else ahhh its only me playing quite boring.

Anyway how i realize i had a headache because of looking at a computer screen so long? Well because just nw while watching Yu Gi Oh, i suddenly had a headache. Now what i am trying is to look away frm the screen while i type this blog post so that my eyes won't be strain from the glare of the laptop. So far it looks ok and there isn"t much spelling mistake.
